| | | Dr. John Shen, Ph.D. and P. Eng.
Position: FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. John Shen is Palcan's founder. Dr. Shen received a B.Sc. in Engineering in 1982 from East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai, China and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in 1992 from Laval University, Quebec in the field of Catalysis. Dr. Shen is an acknowledged expert in the area of fuel cell technology, with over 15 years experience in catalysis and fuel cell research. Dr. Shen has been a chief designer of various PEM fuel cell units ranging from 100W to 5 KW. He was formerly a Research Fellow with the National Institute of Materials and Chemical Research, Science and Technology Agency of Japan located in Tsukuba during 1993 and 1994 and a Research Associate with Simon Fraser University, British Columbia from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Dr. Shen was founder and Chief Engineer of Nexcel Power Systems Corp., which was involved in PEM fuel cell research and development. He was a member of the National Research Council fuel cell program advisory board and is currently a board member of Fuel Cell Canada. He also sits on the International Standards Organization (ISO) committee forming codes and standards for hydrogen.He was the winner of the 2003 New Canadian Entrepreneur Award. He has been named as one of the " Fuel Cell 30" recognized by Fuel Cell Management in 2004.

Position: DIRECTOR
Dr. Yeh is founder and CEO of Applied Fuel Cells Technology Inc. based in California and President and Chief Engineer of Ideographix Inc., a computer systems company, also based in California. Dr. Yeh obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1965 and a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering in 1963 from Cornell University. Dr. Yeh is a specialist in control systems and has authored 12 technical papers and obtained 21 patents worldwide.

| | | Dr. Zuomin Dong, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.
Position: DIRECTOR & SENIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Dr. Dong received his B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Technology in 1981, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. of Mechanical Engineering from the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, State University of New York at Buffalo from 1985 to 1989. Dr. Dong is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria (UVic) and a member of the Institute of Integrated Energy Systems (IESVic) at UVic. Dr. Dong is an expert on computer-aided design, advanced manufacturing, design optimization and fuel cell design and manufacturing.

Position: Director
Mr. Dadson is a grauate of law fromthe University of British Columbis(71) and BSc in biochemsitry at University of Manitoba. He practiced law with a major Vancovuer law firm int eh srea of securities, interational law and partnerships. Mr. Dadson left the practice of law in 1986 to learn the clients' side of business when he became CEO of a UK sponsored public recource company, which focused on extractive PGM metallurgy.
Mr. Dadson has been active in a number of Chinese based ventures since 1982. He is Co-Chairman, Hansen Investment Limited, a private Chinese holding company with several holdings in real estate and recource development in China. He is also the Chairman of Harrison Western Asia Inc. (Beijing). Bridging the cultures and practices of China and the Wet during these formave years of China's emergence has given Mr. Dadson unique hands on perspective about doing busines in China.

Position: Director
Mr. Tomlinson has completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Pretoria Technikon and a Management Development Program (MDP) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School in Cape Town, South Africa. Mr. Tomlinson has many years of system design, integration, and project management experience ranging from military to aerospace applications. He has done global market and product strategy development for complex aerospace systems and has experience in marketing, sales, and operations for products such as specialized industrial equipment and automobiles and has founded and operated an import business.

Position: VP in Business Development
Dr. Liao hods a BSc. in Biology and M.S. in Ecology&Environment from inner Mongolia Univeristy, China and Ph.D. in Biomass Production from Univeristy of Tottori, Japan.
Dr. Liao began his busines career in Gateway Technology Inc., Canada, where he was responsible for marketin gand software development. He spent four years working with Inner Mongolia Investment Co., China, a venture capital management company as vice president and founded one of earliest venture capital funds in China. He has extensive backgrond in business development and has been involved in startup ventures to commercialice fuel cell products in China.
